In only 20 minutes per session, you will learn to:

• Use a common language to avoid misunderstandings and miscommunication in your teams
• Manage time to balance relationships and productivity without experiencing burn out
• Develop an increased awareness of the tendencies that undermine your influence

About Your Guide

Eric Flynn is the founder and president of Beacon Leadership. Eric is a master trainer and licensed executive coach who focuses on the art of leadership and challenging people to reflect on how they show up as inspiring and influential leaders. Eric takes a unique and customized approach to training and leader coaching that enables people to move beyond their perceived limits, both personally and professionally. Eric is a graduate of the University of San Diego where he earned a Master of Science in Executive Leadership. He is also a graduate of St. Ambrose University, where he earned a Master’s in Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology. He is a Board-Certified Coach (BCC), a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through the Center for Executive Coaching and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) though the International Coaching Federation.
